The Virginia Beach Forum presented Phil Hirschkop, the history-making lawyer featured in the true story movie “Loving” on October 16, 2017, at Cape Henry Collegiate. Hirschkop successfully argued the Loving vs. Virginia case before the Supreme Court in 1967, and many other monumental cases defending personal rights.
